We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK mainland only.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Orders within the UK will be processed within 48 hours using Royal Mail 2nd class. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.
1st class/next day deliveries within the UK will be processed within 24 hours using Royal Mail, Signed For, at the price of £4.99. Please allow 1-3 working days for your delivery.
Orders in the EU and the Rest of World will be processed within 48 hours using Royal Mail at the price of £11.99. Please allow 3-12 working days for your delivery.
Any order placed after 3pm will be processed within 48 hours from the next working day. This excludes weekend, as well as public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

RETURNS
All ingredients supplied by Shea Selasi are of the finest quality and would like to ensure all our customers are satisfied with only the best.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all unopened products and we do not accept returns on used products for any reason. We are also unable to offer refunds on the postage costs of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
